**Please enclose checks (check/s or money order)  with form/s together.  Day camps require full fee of $55.00 per day/artist. Summer camp may be made in 2 payments, a $110.00 deposit per week per artist camper and the balance is due 3 weeks prior to camp date (deposit is non refundable, remaining balance if notified 3 weeks prior to camp in writting may be applied to future camp only,  no refunds after three weeks prior to camp ( if canceled three weeks in writting, refund of balance; not deposit can be applied to a camp within the year, no classes, no refunds after June 1st)  please see web pages for full information on payments. . Changes must be written, approval depends on available space. Parents/Care taker must bring child in to studio to be checked in each day, do not drop child off at door. We begin at 8:30 am not earler.

Campers must be able to monitor and administer their own medication, sunblock and insect replent at camp.

Camp Check List: Refillable water bottle, snack, wear old art clothes, no flip flops or roller skate shoes, jackets/lunch boxes ect. with childs names on them.  No microwaveable items,bring sunblock, insect replent if needed (we will go out for lunch). Campers need to bring a sketch book for summer camp; we will have a few to purchase. Day camp pottery ready in 2 weeks for pick up, we will not call it will be ready for you, summer camp pottery is ready on Friday, all  pottery not picked up in 60 days will be donated. Please check our contact page for hours we are in the studio.

Neither St Johns Church or Red Wall Studio and personel is responsible for any injury to persons or damage to/ loss of possessions. Use of play area is strictly at your own risk and responsiblity. No one is allowed on the monkey bars! Any damages to any of the property, its buildings or that of our neighbors is the sole responsibility of the individual/s at fault. Please inspect if you have concerns. We go over saftey rules with children.  No pets are allowed on property or in building!

If you need a conformation or a receipt, send in a stamped self addresses envelope.

Authorized adult required to pick up on time! There is a late fee of $1.00 per  minute. Charges begin at 5:35, payable at pick up.  Please call when running late, children worry when not picked up on time.
